The exterior bar is cozy. The steaks are (probably) Sous Vide then they're extremely tender. Get potato the soufflé. Prime tuna was cracking (not certain what makes it prime) and the wagyu was adept.
Great steaks, I've always been a loyal Upper-case letter Grill customer, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meet at PM.

The Kobe sliders were fabled - the fried dark-green tomatoes and tuna were great besides but yous've gotta go the Kobe slider.
We had the goat cheese croquettes & chorizo as appetizers. A MUST is the Asian Steak salad besides!

To my surprise, they really had some original and awesome burgers on the menu. And other burger options (turkey, craven, veggie) every bit well.
